Waited 40 minutes for food and then was served my hamburger with no hamburger patty! Seriously!!

I would honestly give 0 stars. Walked up to the counter to order and as we started our order the cashier tells us there's no bacon. The burgers we wanted of course had bacon. So we began to walk away. We see the cook making bacon, pulling it from a huge box of bacon. So I asked about the bacon being cooked and he stated that was the bacon for tomorrow and they couldn't serve it today. While I completely understand balancing waste, I don't understand why they couldn't just make the burgers using the bacon being made. So we walked across the street to Portillos to get the exact same burgers.

HORRIBLE PLACE! the worst. The guy in the back was so rude and completely disrespectful! Took over an hour for my sandwich to come out and it was completely wrong! I asked for no mustard and the sandwich was cold. The guy infront working at cashier was decent. I went back to tell him and he offered me a refund or to make another one. It took more than 30 mins for the new one to come out! The worst place ever honestly. Very slow at their job and rude.

Last week they screwed up my order and when I got it it was cold and River Rubbery. Today they are quoting 45 min wait to order at counter. Ridiculous wait for a grilled burger. Horrible slow service too and way over priced but only option for burger in mall. Would not recommend
