        After reading all of the positive reviews, I figured I would have a great experience at LUX. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a very rude receptionist. She was obviously bored and didnt care about anyone being there. Bearj greeted me kindly and led me back to his chair. We finished our consult and he washed my hair. After, he stopped the cut to chat with a coworker and showed them pictures on his phone while I sat there waiting when he was done, he asked the usual polite questions but it became apparent he wasnt listening to me after asking a couple of questions multiple times. When I got home and dried my hair, it was super uneven. I decided to just fix it myself instead of dealing with rude staff. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience and I wont be going back.
