The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. She throws new inconsistent "rules" at you most likely based on your skin color. If you want to be insulted in front of a full room of people or have your young kid's haircut experience ruined for life, go to this place! If I were the owner, I would fire this manager right away. You can do way better than this, Great Clips!

Told on phone 5 minute wait time. Got there in 5 minutes and discovered I was lied too just to get me to come in. Place was packed. Every seat taken and people standing. 45 minute actual wait time
