Went into cancel my membership in February and pay dues and was told it was cancelled by the person I was working with, received a call this weekend saying my account was going to collections from Sergei went in to settle the matter as I had previously paid and was told the first employee SIGNED ME BACK UP for another membership when I told them I just wanted to cancel. Spoke with the assistant manager and we talked it out and he canceled the membership in front of me and I thought all was well until I started receiving welcome to eos fitness text messages and a new contract for an account I never signed up for! If the account was canceled why did you have to sign me up for a third time? Went into another eos to confirm the account was active and they informed me it was a new account this is unreal I just want to cancel my account it feels like I am dealing with loan sharks.
