Cynthia was wonderful. I was referred by State Farm for repair of the rear glass (back windshield) for a 2005 Acura TL. It took Cynthia most of the day to track down a brand new OEM window for an older car like mine. The install was done beautifully by Ray. Very smooth job and very professional. The job was done at my house within the time frame given. I cannot thank Cynthia enough, and I would highly recommend Paragon Glass.

I have been using Paragon for all my glass replacements ever since I moved to the valley 15 years ago and have never had a problem with her or any of her installers. They do an amazing job, they do the work right. Even on my new vehicle, she had a company come out and do the calibration on my windshield everything was done at my house didn't have to go anywhere or had to wait all day everything was done in the time frame she gave me. I highly recommend her and her team for all windshield replacements.

I had to have my windshield replaced and needed it done pretty quickly. My insurance suggested Paragon Auto Glass. They sent over all my information and made it a breeze. The office gal at Paragon had everything she needed. All I had to do was pick the appointment for my windshield and I guess a recalibration. I didn't know I needed to recalibrate the camera in my windshield. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything. I am so glad I was referred to her. Both appointments were made on my behalf and the same day back to back. Paragon's installer did an amazing job, it looks absolutely perfect, and Pro Auto Programming calibrated it and did a great job. They were efficient, kind, and really knew what they were doing. I will definitely be saving this glass company for next time. They have all my business and everyone I refer to them. Thank you again for such a great experience with a troublesome issue.
