Drexel Heritage

I bought a sofa, chair, ottoman, & 4 throw pillows about 8 years ago. All are highest quality & show little wear, even w/ a dog & two cats. The furniture was on sale, & it would've been money well spent if I had paid full price. The decorator advice I received for the pillows was also well worth the visit to the store.

Beware of this store. I recently purchased as "as is" Drexel Sofa only to find out that it was delivered to the store on March 11, 2011! I don't care what you say, a piece of furniture this old should be sold as used furniture or in an outlet storenot under the pretense of a floor model. The store manager refused to pick up the sofa and credit my credit card nor would she discount the price additionally due to the age of this piece.

This is not the largest Drexel Heritage store, yet it still has a good choice from which to choose. YOU of course can order anything you might want from this company. The quality of the product is quite good and for the most part will stand up to most trends that might come and go.If you are in need of help in finding just the right look for your home you might consider talking with Hilde Von Tilli. She asks the right questions to get a feel for who you and your tastes are.  She is not the typical pushy sales person.
