Zac has failed to complete a flooring job which I paid for in full back on May 27th 2021. In addition, he has kept my deposit from me for the epoxy countertops that I had paid for at the same time as the flooring. After constant delays with Zacs company, regarding the counters and floor touch ups, I am left with inconsistencies and defects in my flooring, no deposit and unfinished counter tops with almost zero communication or responses from Zac for over 3 months. Any communication I did receive from Zac was met only after several attempts of reaching out to him via email, facebook messages, texts and phone calls and asking for my deposit back. Ive lost all respect for Zac and the way he does business. The lack of integrity that Zac has shown in his poor communication, his lack of workmanship regarding multiple defects in the flooring, his false warranty claim (if you dont make it out here after 3 months for a PAID job, you have no intention of honoring a warranty repair), empty promises of work completion and theft of our deposit is an absolutely appalling show of character, especially in this time of financial/emotional distress due to covid, renovations and other family emergencies that have taken place in our own life. I gave Zac multiple opportunities to the right thing as I was understanding of each and every excuse he gave me over 3 months! I DO NOT recommend any one bother with Zac and his company AZ Westgate Construction for any construction/repair needs of any kind. Furthermore, he is not registered with the ROC or the BBB and this review WILL be posted and shared at an opportunity to warn people not to do business with him. Services: Install flooring, Flooring
