Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was OK. Coleslaw was sour and tasted like it was expired. Chicken strips were pretty good. The red head cashier working drive was great. When I told her and gave her the sides of coleslaw the husband and I took one bite out of each, she replaced with other sides and was nice about it. She apologized with a smile and was super friendly. However the hispanic lady in the Grey shirt (i assume is a shift lead) was rude to her about the situation, instead of asking me (3ft away) she hid behind fry hopper and questioned the cashier. I stood at the counter for a good 10 minuets until the drive cashier came to take my order. When I had an issue with the coleslaw, the managers were no where to be found. It wasn't until after I complained and had my items replaced that they magically appeared. I wouldn't have been so mad if I didn't have to wait 8 minuets for the drive cashier to keep helping, meanwhile the managers helped other guests who were of the same orientation as them, i.e. not me, those guests were helped within seconds and had their orders out asap. I feel like I was discriminated against due to my medical Marijuana shirt I was wearing and that I don't look like I have money definitely won't be returning. However like I said, the red head drive cashier lady was a rock star. It wasnt until we went to leave that I noticed we were sitting by a filthy floor covered in chicken crumbs, and trash left on the tables. We were at the resturant about an hour or so. Not ONCE did anyone check the lobby and clean tables and sweep the floors, which the lobby desperately needed. There was literally only my family and one other guest for about 45min inside, barely 3 drive thru customers. No reason they couldn't keep a clean lobby. Definitely not up to cleaning per CDC for sure. The other employees, ESPECIALLY management, really dropped the ball. This was my families 1st visit to a Popeyes EVER. I'll stick to Raising Canes. At least I know it's sanitary, and I'll receive service in an appropriate amount of time.

Just went to get dinner and although their sign says $4.99 for the blackened sandwich they elect to charge you $7.79 so I would make sure to pay attention as to what you are being charged. As far as I am concerned yeah it's just a few bucks but it's not right.

Food was hot and cooked but no taste like it wasnt seasoned. Biscuits plain no butter or honey , and not soft. But the service , girl at window was nice. It was our first time at Popeyes
