    All their employees are horrible. From scheduling to the PAs. (Have never had an appointment with a MD. They would not let me see them. They told me I could only see the PA or NP.) Not helpful at all. Would not recommend.

    I've been a patient with noah for a few years and theyve done nothing but constantly disappoint me. Even before noah I've been on at least 20 different medications for my mental health since 2018 and none of them have worked. They either made me feel like a robot or made it very difficult to cry. There are some genuinely nice people here but I feel like I'm not being heard. The most infuriating part of this whole thing is when I got root canals and had to get my molars shaved down for crowns. The dentist I had at the time did one of my crowns but then for like at least a year I only had one crown, the other shaved down tooth was still exposed. Everytime I tried to call to get an appointment scheduled to get my second molar done I was told that the doctor was constantly already booked and that I would have to be put on a wait list or something, or call back in a few months. This year the one crown I had came undone because I chew too much on that side. Only today did I call the main number today to just try and get a dental exam done to see what needs to be done. It had been so long since anything was done with them I figured my root canals may need to be re-done, but no. Now all of a sudden because of the insurance I have, a full dental exam isn't covered and the only thing that is a "limited" exam where they only check out 1-2 teeth in the "same" area, and I also found out the doctor may require me to schedule two separate exams for each molar. I'm sick of waiting, feeling just a tiny bit of hope, only to be constantly let down. Treat your patients better, stop discarding them.

    UPDATE!! UNBELIEVABLY OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE IT ENOUGH!!!! B-E-W-A-R-E OF THIS EVIL PLACE!!!! It has been a month since my original post below, and these people STILL can't get the billing right! I will be calling next week and there will be HELL TO PAY!!!! CLOSE TO A YEAR of dealing with incorrect billing garbage from this place! It has now gone from trying to charge $50.00 out of pocket per appointment to charging $380.00 for 2 appointments. These appointments literally consist of speaking to a provider on the PHONE for 5-10 minutes (it's usually not even video) and they are trying to charge me $380.00 out of pocket for TWO 5-10 MINUTE PHONE APPOINTMENTS WHEN I HAVE INSURANCE??!! THEY HAVE BEEN CODING THESE APPOINTMENTS AS 20-29 MINUTES AND 30-39 MINUTES WHEN ALL OF THEM ARE 5-10 MINUTES AND EVERY TIME I SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT FIXING THE INSURANCE THEY CHARGE MORE!!!! JUST HELL NO!!!!!!! They expect me to remain quiet about THAT??!! It was extremely tolerant of me to remain silent about this entire situation for the first NINE MONTHS!!!!!!!! Our behavioral health insurance through Magellan has REPEATEDLY told me that we shouldn't be paying any more than a $20.00 copay for behavioral health appointments. I was seeing a therapist at a different location where they didn't have any problem billing correctly for mental telehealth appointments after figuring the insurance out (also, those were 60 minute VIDEO appointments, not 5-10 minute PHONE appointments like most of the ones I have here), so there has to be a SERIOUS issue with this place. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for how INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AND CARELESS these people are. AT THIS POINT, NEGATIVE 20 STARS FOR THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I'm seriously starting to think they are INTENTIONALLY screwing around and trying to MAKE me crazy so they can try to STEAL even more money!! They don't mess with my husband like this and as I previously stated below, WE HAVE THE EXACT SAME INSURANCE!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! The billing department at this place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I would give them a negative 5 star review if it were possible! Don't give this awful organization your business unless you like being ignored and treated disrespectfully. When I first started coming here there was no issue with billing, but after a couple of appointments they started having all kinds of issues with billing my account. At first, in November of last year and January of this year they told me it was because of switching over to a new system, or some such nonsense. The person I spoke to in January 2023 told me they would look into the issue and get back to me with a resolution by the end of the week...never heard anything back. I then tried calling again in February and they said they were still working on it. It is now the end of August. The issue STILL has YET to be resolved and today I had a charge for $50.00 for a Noah appointment from the beginning of May show up on my Honor health my chart, not even on the Noah my chart. Again, I called Noah's billing department and was told by them to call Honor health, since the charge was showing up on that chart. When I called Honor health and gave them the guarantor# they informed me it wasn't even in their system. I then tried calling Noah's billing department back and spoke to someone named George who was rude and absolutely zero help. At this time he finally acknowledged the charge on the Honor health chart, telling me to disregard it until they can resolve the issue. Again, he said they would call back with a resolution by the end of this week.The thing that is REALLY perplexing about all of this billing confusion is the fact that they don't seem to have any issue with billing my husband properly for his Noah appointments. He is billed a $25.00 copay for every Noah appointment he has, yet there are all these issues with my billing, and we both have THE EXACT SAME INSURANCE!! THAT'S CORRECT, THE SAME INSURANCE CARD AND EVERYTHING!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR ALL OF THIS ONGOING GARBAGE!! BEWARE OF THIS HORRENDOUS JOKE OF A PLACE!!!!
