        I had a great time at the Salsa Fest held at this venue, however our whole groups day was ruined (well at least tainted) by the Heritage's general manager Jodi K. She was openly yelling at her employees in front of everyone, while they were working helping customers. My friend ordered several drinks (2 w/ drink tickets & 2 w/out), but the credit card reader froze so the employee was going to just give him the 2 other drinks. This Jodi lady grabbed those 2 drinks and threw them in the trash. She was also giving off racist vibes the way she talked to some employees and talked at others. Walking around like a tyrant.
