Customer service was terrible. No one greeted me when I walked in and wasnt sure who to go to so I walked up to the older/middle aged lady with glasses. Still no hello or how can I help you. Honestly she didnt seem too thrilled being there. Only cared about where my coupon came from.Then proceeds to ask me if I have a punch card and I said no, yet doesnt offer me one. Also, one employee was randomly cleaning the glass door outside which made it awkward to get in and out. Shouldnt that be a before opening/after closing duty?

I had ordered the wrong Bundt cake. When I went to pick up my order, I realized my mistake. The staff was accommodating and quickly made the cake I needed at no extra charge. They were so nice about it! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! I had them at my wedding instead of a traditional wedding cake. I was excited to see that they currently have Peanut Butter Chocolate Bundt Cake. I ordered one and was disappointed. It seems to me all they did was add some Reese's chips. I was expecting real peanut butter inside, not just chocolate cake with some chips. I will never order this flavor again.

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. Built on Dena and Debbie's vision, each bakery still has the warmth and nostalgia of its home-kitchen roots, but they also take a modern approach for the world today.
