Compass Point Dental

Ever since they change doctors and hygienists I have been having nothing but issues with this office. The hygienist that work there have terrible customer service and rude. I use to enjoy coming here been going here for the past 3 years. Now they refuse to do my cleaning with out X-ray when they do an X-ray on my teeth on every appointment I have which is every 6 months. Every time I ask why are we doing an X ray again they claim they never did. Its only require to have your X-rays done once a year. They try to gaslight me and say none did X-ray on me since May of last year when they in NOV of last year at my last appointment.

Finally found a good dentist! Since moving to Arizona we have been through 4 other dentist before finding Dr Slack. Prior to moving here my cousin was our family dentist so the bar was set pretty high. Trying to find a good dentist that wasn't inept or just trying to make money has been very difficult until now. Dr Slack is so nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. Bonus, he's also much more gentle than my own cousin! Dr Slack has been the much needed ray of sunshine in our miserable dental hunt. Thank you for letting me know there's still good people in this world.

Love this awesone place. I wouldnt think I could like a dentist. I have had the horrors of bad dentist and what they did to me. I was skeptical going to a new dentist. Dr Slack is terrific great bed side manner and knows how to treat his patients. Joanna she is the greatest. By my second appt and needing major dental work I was much more relaxed and knew I was going to be in good hands
