        I cant say enough about the customer service I received from Velora Schiltz. She was unbelievably amazing. She took the time to explain in great detail and walk me through all the steps to reset my password and answer all my questions about transferring funds. Thank you so much!

        I've always had good experiences, but the one that stood out the most was with Lupe R. I called and immediately someone picked up was also very lovely and was transferred right away to the Thunderbird branch within two minutes of the call. Lupe is the one who answered and helped me with my situation within three minutes everything was fixed. The entire time she was nothing but patient and kind and just a sweet soul. When I got off the call, I got a notification that the bank already verified my card for Apple Pay extremely fast. Everywhere needs her customer service skills.

        I would give ZERO stars if I could. They outsource their customer service to people who barely speak English. I called to get a payoff on a car loan and the agent had no idea what I was talking about! Couldn't provide a date for the payoff. This was after waiting over 30 MINUTES to get through. HORRIBLE SERVICE

First Credit Union was established in Arizona in 1929 and today is based in Chandler, AZ. We care about our members. We show it by offering member-priced products and services, but also by offering free tax preparation, free financial education, and free money management tools to help members improve their financial condition.
