        Elevate Counseling provides best practice services and their standard of care is excellent. I would recommend this practice to anyone struggling with any mental health issues and in need of support. The group will also refer out if and when needed + put the client's care and continuity of services before all else.

        Sophie P. is making your business look bad she's a homewrecker!! Till this day still she has broke up my relationship, my ex now was her ex why she thinks that it's ok to continue communicating with him knowing he's in a relationship she needs to move on and stay out of his life thats why she's an EX. What kind of therapist does that? She not professional and what she claims she's doing she's nothing but a homewrecker!! Thanks alot Sophie P.

      "Hi and Welcome to Elevate Counseling! We help children, teens and adults shift their thinking and find more enjoyment in life. If you or a family member is feeling anxious, stressed and without the tools to manage day-to-day stressors, we can help. Specialties include anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, the gifted and high achieving population, performance enhancement, entrepreneurial anxiety, ADHD, parenting support and relationship problems. Evidence-based interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TR-CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and IMAGO therapy. Open weekdays and Saturdays. Video and in-home sessions available when appropriate."
