        It’s been a year and my son still has not received his crown that I paid over $700 for. Both my insurance and I have tried to get through to them many times all year and can not get through. This office does not answer their phone nor follow up with their patients. HAPPY VALLEY SMILES - IF YOURE READING THIS, CALL ME!!!

        😡😤👎My husband and 3 kids have been going to this location for 3 yrs. It used to feel like a family when you walked it but not anymore.. it has completely gone down hill the last 6months.. they will no longer get our business and I would not recommend them to anyone. For the 3rd time now they have charged my card on file $460.00 without my authorization and was told today that they wont reimburse me because we have a bal. A balance which has been arranged from day one and on a plan. 2 payments they took from one chk and a week before allowed date. These people they have in there now dont care about their costomers..never again will they take advantage of me.. very disappointed and i switched to a new dentist for my family today..
