AZ Grass Pros did a fantastic job on our backyard. The crew was on time and great to work with. Additionally, the owner, was very pleasant to work with. He was very patient with my husband and I and spent a lot of time assisting us with creating the best design for our family needs and our budget. We started with a huge, dirt lot and finished with a dreamy, low maintenance backyard! We utilized AZ grass pros for turf and pavers. Overall, we found AZ Grass Pros to be an honest company and they are great at what they do!

In June of 2023, I had some pavers installed by AZ Grass Pros on the North side of my property so that I could wheel my trash cans from their storage location behind the fence to the driveway across the pavers instead of having to wheel them across the landscaping stones. Until recently, everything was fine, but at the end of February I noticed that some of the pavers were sinking, creating a tripping hazard. It appeared to me that the ground was not thoroughly compacted by the builder at the time the house was built. I called Robert at AZ Grass Pros and apprised him of the situation. He came out personally and looked it over. At Roberts recommendation, I spoke to the people in the builders office, and they suggested I file a Customer Care Request with the builder, which I did that same afternoon. I requested that a representative of the builder come to my house to assess the situation and arrange for the problem to be rectified. I attached the photos named Sunken Pavers 1 and Sunken Pavers 2 which I have also attached here, to show the sunken pavers. I heard from the builder very soon after I filed the Customer Care Request, and not surprisingly, they said they had no responsibility for this problem and said I should contact the company that installed the pavers about it. They even proceeded to send me a copy of the "Pad Compaction Report" that certifies that the ground was compacted per the recommendations of the Post grade geotechnical report for the development. Personally, I think they need to tighten their specifications. I still believe that the ground was not properly compacted when the home was built, but given the "Pad Compaction Report", I felt there was nothing that could be done to get the builder to remedy the situation. I called Robert of AZ Grass Pros and made him aware of this; he assured me that AZ Grass Pros would take care of the situation. A few days later, Robert sent a crew out to make the necessary repairs, and they did a beautiful job (see attached photo named Repaired Pavers). If anyone needs landscaping work done, I highly recommend AZ Grass Pros they stand behind their work, even when others shirk their responsibility.

The owner Robert spent a lot of time discussing our landscaping project and had suggestions and recommendations that ultimately made it an affordable cost. He also gave us resources for other work we wanted to get done. He is very personable and willing to work with you to transform your yard into a fabulous landscape. His crew worked diligently to complete the project in 2 days, despite periods of rain. They installed pavers, artificial turf, and retaining walls for custom garden beds, complete with irrigation. Kept us informed during every phase and were polite, courteous and respectful. Did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. While there was a few miscommunications, Robert promptly resolved the issues himself! Very responsive in returning calls and texts. Outstanding customer service. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend AZ Grass Pros for your landscaping project. It's refreshing to work with a company that values integrity, workmanship, and customer relationships. Was a pleasure doing business with them!

AZ Grass Pros did an outstanding job transforming a crater of a backyard with a jungle of weeds to a green and perfectly graded foundation landscape. They also resolved several other landscape items I requested, that no other turf company was able to do for me. There was zero landscaping at all with my parents new home build purchase. The builder did not feel the need to resolve the landscape for the home as it was still a heavy sellers market. There was a massive hole left in the back due to removal of an old in-ground pool. I didnt have funds to do $40K+ grandiose landscaping, but I wanted to at least get a decent looking yard with proper grading. I wanted a decent amount of green, and something my dogs could run on more easily thank rock, but also low water zero or low xeriscaping. Turf seemed the best option. I got several estimates for turf and none of the other companies were anywhere near as professional and pleasant as AZ Grass Pros. On top of that, none of the other companies could do anything other than just the turf install. AZGP was able to not only get 40 tons of dirt brought into fill in my crater and properly compress and grade it, they also figured out a solution for the shades sail poles that I wanted to install in the backyard for the summer to protect my dogs from the harsh sun, installed a front paver patio, and spread several tons of new Landscape rock in both my front, side, and back yards. I am so grateful for the excellent job they did, and cant speak highly enough about this team. Professional, courteous, on-time, reasonably priced, super high-quality work, and willing to help solve reasonable customer landscaping request outside of turf installation. Above and beyond! Thank you, thank you! I still love and so enjoy the work you did for us!
