This place is horrible to own or rent. There's no parking outside your garage and when you have friends or family come by their vehicles are towed before they leave. My father in law was here visiting his grandson and less then 2 hrs later his vehicle was gone. No one is ever available from the HOA. Whoever is on the board are a**holes. I can't wait to move out! Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from this place!

Terrible. Can't park at all outside and even when you do have a pass, it still gets towed. Terrible place

Needs 0 stars honestly. Horrible management. Parking policy that doesnt make sense. Give you parking passes but if your spot with said pass is in a parking spot for more than a few hours they will tow it immediately. Then give no resolution or answers when we try to find out why. Still havent gotten an answer from them, just get the run around when we call. DO NOT RENT OR BUY ANY UNIT HERE

Save yourself the headache and pick somewhere else to live! The property management company Golden Valley Properties is the worst property management company my boyfriend and I have ever had to deal with. They go through a lengthy explanation about the parking policies yet cant even explain them/how they make sense and they have no knowledge on how their towing partner company executes on them. Even if you follow all parking policies, they will make something up and hand off blame to the towing company. They do not care about the residents, half of the year the landscaping isnt kept and they are not diplomatic in resolving issues. They dont want to spend the money to put security cameras around the gates to keep people that dont live there out but they will let the towing company tow your car with the correct parking passes even though you live there and make you pay for it. I cannot wait to leave!!!!
