Starbucks

Had to remind staff 3 times for the latte. Got the latte 30 mins later. 5 stars!

I visited this Starbucks plenty of times and the service is usually pretty decent. However, today the service was exceptional! Aiden was polite, professional, and prompt! Our drinks were perfection embodied! What stood out though, is that this young manAidenmistakenly dropped a cup meant for one of our drinks. Without hesitation, nor glance around to see if anyone saw, he picked it up, threw it in the bin, and grabbed a clean cup! Ive seen other workers at different stores pick up an item from the floor and use it without batting an eye, and getting a new [clean] item is not the common decency others demonstrate! I praised him and thanked him for his integrity! #ItsTheSmallThingsThatMatterMost

Aiden was my server and he did what needed to be done and more, made my dream drink!

I go to this Starbucks frequently. My order is usually on point expect the last few times. I'm not sure what has change but I really hope it gets better.
