Factory Edge

It is so hard to find stores that regularly stock metal mulisha. When this store came to arrowhead I was overwhelmed with joy. The owner was really nice and always kept me up to date with all the latest MM products. Really sad to see the store go.

I love this place. I miss lithium too. However factory edge has made up for it by being great with all their up to date products.

We have always gone to this place since Lithium closed and never had a problem until today. We purchased a t-shirt for our daughter and when we got home we realized that it may shrink more than we had thought after a wash so we decided to return it. Upon returning it we were informed that there are no refunds.There was nothing else that we could choose from to replace the shirt we had purchased for her number one, number two I don't know what kind of policy it is to not do refunds. So we will not be bringing our business back there. The owner of the store was not willing to make an exception for us in anyway. He was selfish and is only out to take peoples money. I am glad it wasn't a larger purchase! Stay away from this place and take your business somewhere else that has reasonable return policies and respect for it's customers.
