AT&T Store

We came in to get our IPad activated and Adrian was great in helping us out. He was very patient in fixing our issue. We will definitely return.

I left T-MOBILE for AT&T. The initial visit was good, the agent was friendly and added a discount for my employer. A week later We had to come back to the store because of the very cheap screen protectors. My daughter's iPhone includes lifetime replacements. But you have to pay ten dollars and the simplest touch they crack. A few days after that, my phone started. Having service trouble constantly loses reception. I'm rarely on 5G service. My daughter's phone has not had any of these problems. My employer discount Was removed as the agent didn't bother to tell me. There were additional steps that I needed to do to keep the discount. When sending group messages It includes my number as a second person including who I'm texting. So then we're in a conversation of 3 and 2 of them are my number. I went to the corporate store today To get assistance the girl I don't even know her name was very unhelpful. She immediately showed how unwilling she was to help by telling me what she couldn't. do. And asking what I wanted her to do. All I got was a 1/2 a** apology in a phone number to call a warranty line so that I can exchange a phone dad. I haven't even had for long after I go through all the hoops of them. Troubleshooting a supposed new phone I regret making this change Any unfortunate that this is the type of help that you get from a corporate store.

I used to work for ATT and this store will add lines to your account without telling you. You will go in for upgrade they will add lines thinking it's upgrade and then add a new line. I reported this store to assett protection as well.

Came in to upgrade some phones was told at the price would be significantly lower than the actual bills coming out. Had to talk to her online customer relations who broke down the real charges. Which was $60 more dollars than what they told me in the store. I feel like the hood wing dust to get some type of commission if they get commissioned at all. Honestly, I feel like after I pay off my two new phones I might just switch services to someone else cause I dont like this dishonesty.
