The young man who helped me slve my phone issues was very helpful. He solved my issues by me buying a new phone and accessories. Which was good because my phone was over 6 years old and needed to be charged at least twice a day.

I haven't checked the other reviews, but I'm sure they're similar to what I experienced. Alicia is great to work with. She's intelligent, kind, and made me feel like my jokes were actually funny. My coworker went to another location, and we compared the deals we received. From what I can see, Alicia went above and beyond for me! I would happily spend $1100 here again. Jordan is also there, keeping the good vibes going and supporting Alicia. Keep up the good work, and thanks for complimenting my hat!

Went in to get storage fixed Jordan found I qualified for new Galaxy s24 so went home with new phone. Jordan did a great job.

I stopped into this Verizon store to upgrade my phone. They did not have the phone I wanted in stock. The representative was an African American male he asked to access my account without my consent and knowledge he added Netflix, Hulu, Home warranty for all electronics in home and hot spot. Deleted my protection plan. Beware of this type of activity on your account this is FRAUDULENT to benefit his pocket. I dislike crocks I tried calling the store manager at this store to inform them NO reply. I made a report directly to Verizon to look into this issue Verizon takes this approach very SERIOUSLY. Beware make sure you check your account at this location. I definitely don't recommend this store. I will work with Verizon directly.
