        we walked in for a quote and Jeric helped us out. he looked for the best deals and best way to help us save money! i switched from verizon and will be paying the same amount for 4 lines as i paid for 1 phone! amazing. thanks for the personable experience and looking out for us!

        Went in on 3/2/24 after the T-Mobile store on 55th Ave/Northern were of no help (after I waited over 30min) as they immediately directed me to the Apple Store. Apple wouldnt assist w/o an appt. As my last attempt for the night, I walked in to the T-Mobile store in Arrowhead Mall & initially work with Cory who assisted as best he could then handed me off to John as I had trouble connecting my new iPhone 15. Btwn the 2 of them, they were so patient, extremely helpful w/ troubleshooting and really made sure I understood the issues & what needed to be done to correct the problem. I was lucky it was a little slow and close to closing time as they were able to give me undivided attn. They gave THE BEST customer service Ive encountered in the valley at a T-Mobile store thus far (Ive lived here 20yrs now). Go to this location if youre ever in need of face to face help. I KNOW I will! 10/10.

        The girl in T mobile was so rude and not helpful at all. My husband told her he couldnt take any pictures and asked what could he do to get more room on his phone this heffa said delete all your photos! For real? Please quit your job if you dont like working there. It took everything in me not to curse her out. She definitely didnt want to help us with anything. I just want the world to know dont go to this store shop somewhere else for T-mobile!

        In an age of nearly non-existent customer service, it is refreshing to come across those people that can change your perspective. Jackie at Verizon helped us with an incredibly difficult account issue and she did so with speed, accuracy, and kindness! We cant thank her enough for for her support and hope this reaches those people that can recognize what an outstanding addition to the organization she truly is!
