When I'm wrong I'll admit when iam wrong.......I was blaming BHFC for what the car lot sold me but I realized that they only approve loans they have nothing 2 do with the sell of the car, and I was under the wrong impression about BHFC & iam sorry 4 that! But if u give them a chance they will listen & try & help . I was going thru a rough patch the beginning of this yr & i had 2 buy new tires & rims due to car lot selling me a car with 2 bent rims (and when i got a flat tire 3 different tire places wouldnt take off tire due 2 rim being bent they said it was unsafe for them 2 put a tire on a bent rim ) so I called BHFC & explained what happened & told them car lot sold like that & i asked if they could help me (they did say they r only responsible 4 loan)so i ask if they could help with a deferred payment so i could have money 2 get new tires & rims & with no problem they understood & approved my deferred payment.....i have read alot of these reviews that they aren't willing 2 help but "u can ask 2 talk with management" or take the time 2 go in & talk with them face 2 face & im sure every case is different but im sure they will try & help! AND NO IM NOT A EMPLOYEE NOR AM I A FRIEND OR RELATIVE 2 ANY1 THAT WORKS 4 BHFC.. I HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM!

The best loan company, especially if you need someone to work with you. They will always make some kind of arrangement to keep your business. Highly recommended!!!

Horrible company please be aware that they don't work with you in case of emergencies they will repo your car right away. By the way all of the good reviews are from employees and family and friends from employees.

I just received my car loan and out of the gate had an error in my direct debit, I was charged 4 times for car payments when I was supposed to be only charged twice. When calling the manager LISA handled this extremely inappropriately and unprofessionally, first after claimed they that their system was down for 5 days straights - which is more than concerning when dealing with a major over charge at BHFC's error - LISA claimed this was my fault and hung up on me. Lisa yelled at me, interrupted me when I was talking and was extremely difficult to deal with and flat out inappropriate . This was the lenders error, no one ever apologized, and I am still trying to get my over payments refunded which caused me a domino effect in fees with other bills. I am the customer and I was treated absolutely terribly by LISA. I would not recommend this lender this is a shady company that cannot be trusted. Also, when trying to call to get this rectified, there was no answer during business hours, it just went straight to voice mail with no return call ever. At one point I was told the voicemail was full and the system was completely down. I have never dealt with a car lender that handled a business error so poorly.........
