        Not a fan of cox , dld me wrong in the past , never forgot it, I only tolerate it because it's the only interest in my area , on the other hand the counter person was helpful and should not be faulted for something in the past

        The experience was horrible to the point that I had to leave without being attended to by the staff. They did not want to assist me when I spoke to them in Spanish, they told me that they were busy and when the Americans arrived, the treatment was polite and totally different. I think they are not qualified to assist. to customers as they should
