Not polite, not professional. Couldn't cut my hair because "the girl that does men's hair won't be in until Monday". Really? A 2 & a 4? No apology, no would you like to make an appointment, just no. I wouldn't allow my mother to go here. Stay away. Take your money elsewhere. Craig B, I hope you plan on retiring soon. Your girls will put you out of business. Doesn't deserve even one star.

Do not come here, you will be wasting not only your time but your money as well. Nor does their phone work, so you cant even call to make a complaint. I am writing this review about a terrible experience I had with one of the stylist that works here. Her name is Shannel Wilson. I booked a appointment with her for this past Sunday. An hour and a half before our appointment that Sunday she text me to reschedule for an hour later than our original time. I was completely fine with this, as she said she had to take her daughter to the emergency room. Which knowing what I know now dont believe is true. Because her instagram stories showed her up late drinking. So she basically was hungover. She then text me a little later and asked me to reschedule completely because she was still at urgent care. She said she was okay with a later in the day appointment. So I end up rescheduling with her for the evening the next day, as that was the only time we were both available. An hour before the appointment she texted me saying that it would be at her house and not the hair salon. She did not give me her direct address. I had to text her for it and she doesnt text me it until an hour later, claiming her daughter had her phone. She sent me some address to an apartment complex (which probably wasnt hers). After I drove over 40mins to her apartment I realized she never sent me her apartment number. So I call her and she sends me straight to voicemail. I texted her asking for the number and left after a few minutes of no response. She texted me about 15 minutes later this Shejbfbrndb dhhdhhdbdb. Needless to say shes a scammer who is taking peoples deposit money. I unfortunately only booked with this individual because my regular hair stylist was BOOKED for this month (because she knows how to conduct business and is a professional). Shannel, you will never be a successful hairstylist conducting such unprofessional business. Stop wasting peoples time and stealing their money. I question if this is even a real business. I will be reporting to the Better BB.
