I will start off by saying I am extremely grateful for Juan Antonio and his wonderful team, honesty I didn't expect to enjoy my daughter's celebration thinking about how stressful it would be, but once arrived at the hall it's like they took complete control of absolutely everything I have never been so pleased by amazing service, This hall was spotless, very clean and beautifully decorated with a very classy and elegant feel, I honestly couldn't ask for anything more Juan Antonio made us feel like family and will definitely miss him.l absolutely recommend this beautiful hall for any special event, it's a hidden gem! I'm so grateful we celebrated my daughters Quinceaera at Orabella banquet hall, I would do it all over again.Definitely 10/10

Went to a party here! The hall was beautiful! Everything was clean and organized! The owner Juan is wonderful!! The staff were also amazing! They were always making sure we were okay and if we needed anything! I would recommend this hall!! 100/10

We couldn't have asked for a more professional and classy experience. Juan (bilingual) is amazingly helpful and very responsive. The wait staff, bartender, and DJ were all fantastic! The kitchen was the perfect size for our caterer, and we were able to come early on in the week to drop things off and set up anything we needed. We look forward to using Orabella in the future.

We are fairly new to Arizona and knowing that we had our daughters quince coming up we were nervous of not knowing where we would host her event. I looked through many social media outlets to find just the perfect place and visited many that I found it difficult to choose. But when I spoke to Juan for the first time on the phone I knew I was on the right path! He was so professional and very sweet. From day 1 that we toured the venue I knew that was the place. Communication was excellent with Juan and Jocelyn. I was already impressed with their service and then the cake tasting came, I was shocked to meet a cake designer, I was not expecting that at all. Then the DJ contacted me to help me with the timeline of all the festivities and to choose the music I wanted played at the venue. Super super impressed! The food was amazing! Juan my most biggest thank you ever! I will see you in 3 yrs for my next event!!!

I received rude customer service while I was inquiring about the prices and packages here. I lost my interest and put my energy into looking for another venue. Keep that in mind your money is better spent on a venue where their customer services are a priority.
