Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

For the first time ever they put a whole week hold on my check, when I called and asked if I can get it in faster they told me they could probably help me if I came in person and talked to someone but when I did they told me their best advice is just to get Mobil deposit for next time I get payed. What a waste of time

What the heck? I just waited for a half hour to make a deposit. 1 teller, and one lady just sitting in the front. This is why banks wont last. Rude

We had a great experience here. We didn't have to use the tellers because we mainly visit the 67th Ave location for ATM withdrawals. We mainly met with a financial advisor for our Merrill Lynch accounts and also Rhiannon Larson to help us with a wire transfer and opening a business checking account. Earlier in 2022 we refinanced our home to pull out cash to buy a rental property. We decided it wasn't the right time and wanted to transfer that cash towards paying off the principal of our mortgage. The wire was for around $370K and Rhiannon helped me with the wire transfer and got all of the fees waived since we are Platinum Rewards customers. We have always had great service at this bank and would recommend it for people wanting to maximize their credit card rewards with the bonuses that come with Platinum Rewards or Platinum Preferred customers.

Just really really inefficient staff. No one including the manager seems to know how to do even simple things like ordering a debit card. I opened an account for my 16 year old son that I am on. We never received a debit card, turns out it was returned. So naturally I asked them to resend. They for some reason need him present to order a new card. I am on the account. And I'm asking them to resend a card to the address on file. Should be a no brainier. I feel they couldn't figure out how to do it and saying he needed to be there was just an excuse to get me to leave and make it someone else's problem next time. Security isn't the issue as they verified I am on the account. Unacceptable.
