I gave 5 stars because if I didn't I will be unfair to the 99.99% of the employees and services center. However, from time to time there is a really rude lady who sits at the west desk of the part department, I wish they gave her whatever responsibility except anything related to customers.. don't let her talk to customers not even answer phones ahe is rude and I have seen her yielding on customers on the phone she has put me on hold one time for 30 minutes and forgot about me lol

Took me a second to decide a rating for this place. Been doing business together for a very long time, and yes, they always get me every single item I need for everything Ive ever needed. However, Ive always been very unhappy with the time it takes to conduct business with them. Ive called in order 2-3 hours ahead, mind you Im a whole seller, and I get to either wholesale or dealer will call and I still have ended up waiting upwards of an Hour or More just to get parts!! It hasnt happened one or twice, its happened a handful of times, and I have noticed theyve made adjustments and such but you cannot fix laziness or lack of motivation. Either way, I have no option other than to support the place at the end of the day. Will continue to do what we do, and will continue to have an issue with ordered called in, and wait times but it is what it is. Great Place, Great Prices, and Availability of parts bottom line.
