    I have been here for about 7 months without consistent hot water. I work during their hours of operation so I'm not usually present for their "repairs". Only time the repairs are decent is when the maintenance supervisor Marvin has to be called for the repair. When I first moved in, the hot water worked fine for both the tub AND the shower head. After about 3 months of being here the shower head starting being an issue as well. No hot water until after 30 mins of being ran. Sometimes longer. ALSO, When i moved in, the bathroom sinks' issue was ALWAYS bad but always seems to eventually get hot water....after being ran for more than 30 min to an hour or so. AND, When I moved in the kitchen sink was ALWAYS the worse of them all. It can go without hot water for MORE THAN 1 HOUR of being ran. All has gotten worse throughout the time of being here. Some has gotten somewhat better throughout the time of being here. The wait time for hot water in the bathroom all together gotten shorter but still existed. Rarely but on occasion not coming on at all. Longest wait time in the bathroom shortened to less than 30 mins....maybe more like 15 mins. At this time the kitchen sink is still the worse with a hit or miss of 45 mins or not at all.However, after this last visit, beginning of april or end of march 2024, it has gotten significantly better with waters coming hot after 5 to 15 mins of being ran. Im not sure if it depends on what time of the day it is because it varies. The kitchen sink has been taking between 8 to 15 minutes to become hot. The bathroom sink comes on a little sooner at 5 mins being the longest it takes to get hot. The tub hot water comes straight on. The shower hot water seems to be staying steady with the tub.Time has gotten better but it is still not fixed. 15 to 5 minutes is still too long to be waiting for water to become hot. I can see waiting a minute but even then that's asking alot.End for march I have asked to leave the apartments since the situation hasn't been rectified after the 7 months of me being here. Or prorate my rent until they can fix it. Finally, a real person reached out replying to that email and it's request saying the number of work orders they have on file wasn't enough to grant my request. The number he disclosed was no where near the actual times I physically was able to get there and put in a request because they did not answer the phone. No one has contacted me back since my rebuttal email disclosing that I'm, unfortunately, a regular in their front office for the wrong reasons, placing work orders. That short email exchange took place middle, actually closer to the end of March. After a work order I put in for the same exact issue....no consistent hot water....in the beginning or mid march BUT I have recieved a few more emails telling me my maintenance request is completed please rate their performance, conviently after requesting my money back or to let me leave with full deposit in hand. I'm at the point of hoping they fix it but I am just ready to leave. Seven months is far too long. Give me my deposit so I can go please. My residence clearly is not valued here.
