Ufirst Heating & Cooling

Brandon discovered the problem with my TRANE heating unit and corrected the issue in a timely fashion. I will not hesitate to use Ufirst Heating and Cooling in the future. I would recommend them to anyone to correct AC and heating problems.

I called this weekend to see if I could get help with my heating as both units were shooting cool air and it was very cold in my home. Juan (the owner) stayed on the phone and walked me through things to try so I didnt have to have someone come out if I didnt need it. He was able to show me how to get them working and had so much patience with me. I was so impressed he took that much time knowing I wouldnt be paying. He genuinely wanted to help. 100% will be going to him for any hvac needs!!

Brandon McLain came to do our service on our Ac unit. He did an amazing job . Checked everything cleaned out my Ac coils and even noticed a bent duct and fixed it for us. I would recommend the company and Brandon especially. Thanks for Great work

Brandon was professional and knowledgeable, and very personable. He diagnosed our problem within just a couple of minutes, got the part here the next day, and kept us from suffering the ravages of the Arizona desert heat for any longer than was necessary. Was pleasantly surprised at the speed and personability and will call for future work + recommend
