        The guy work there hang-up on me with no details regarding my account.

        I have informed this company several times that the bill they are trying to collect on was a misbill by the doctors office that the doctors office confirmed. They do not return calls and hang up on you. They violate FDCPA guidelines and treaten their account holders. They have been reported to the BBB and I have sent no contact letters due to the violations and threats.

        I rudely got a call from these people today. The girl who called first got all snippy when I asked where she was calling from, admittedly I got snippy when I said I never got a bill from them itemized or otherwise. However, I can say I’ve never been spoken to as I was with these people. I was rudely transferred to a manager who didn’t care at all that his agent was rude or unprofessional.
