        I went to purchase a queen headboard, side rails, & footboard, & a few hardware (missing hardware that I would need to purchase from hardware store). Price was $20 less then what I wouldve paid online, but I needed it sooner than the delivery so I was willing to purchase it. I had my truck there & as I was getting ready to purchase- I was informed that no one would help me load the bed. I just needed a hand while I was in the bed of truck, but NOPE! They arent willing to assist. Ended up walking away with no bed. Ive purchased dozens of heavy furniture pieces from pottery barn outlet & restoration hardware with help from the employees with loading, so was disappointed with the lack of service.
