I'm a relatively new homeowner, and had no idea how much work, money, and privilege it is to care for a tree, or five. After having one removed and one cleaned up last year, I was surprised to find that pollarding two wildly unmanaged mulberry trees, and clean up on all others cost us the same amount as the previous year'scleanup. The whole crew was professional, personable, helpful, and friendly. Plus, when my partner asked for mulch and firewood, they asked "how much?" Everything was about what we wanted and how they could help, when I fully expected an expert who would tell me why my expectations were off. Very pleased with the whole experience. I can't wait to see the new mulberry growth, and will use ArborMasters every year.

My friend worked for this company, and has experienced issues with getting paid every week, still waiting for additional $$ for the past two weeks has his pay was short on New Years Eve. Other employees have had similar "experiences" with this company. They have gone through numerous employees in past year and do not follow safety protocols for their employees. The lack of timeliness and professionalism is very frustrating to the employees. All employees in the past two weeks have moved on to better opportunities. Labor disputes are currently being filed by several past employees. Web site and trucks advertise "Board certified master Arborist", yet there is not contractors license number listed, not can this company be found on the BBB web site. Please do your due diligence if you are considering hiring or going to work for this company.

Had ArborMasters scheduled to trim 2 Sissoo trees. Was given a 3 day window for them to come out. No confirmation, never showed. When I called to find out why they didnt show I was told we were never put on the schedule. I have text messages confirming it. Didnt try to fix the problem just choose to not call me back. Horrible customer service.
