Great experienced agents that go out of their way to help me out with my questions regarding my trip I booked with them.  I wasn't sure about a destination and they really worked with me to figure out what would work best...and within my budget.  There were some schedule changes with my flights and they let me know right away what my options would be.

Sharon Miller has done incredible work.I planned my honeymoon to go to the Dominican Republic and Sharon did incredible scouting to find us a reasonably priced resort. The resort itself caused my wife to get sick and ruined the honeymoon but upon our return to the United States, Sharon had put forth a tremendous effort to refund as much of our money as possible. The resort refunded an unsubstantial amount and we asked Sharon to reexamine our case. Without hesitation, Sharon submitted another inquiry.It is very clear that the employees at Ultimate All-Inclusive travel really care about the well-being and happiness of their customers. I would suggest this agency to friends.

COMPANY IS A SCAM. Even the "president" Geoff is no help. We had a trip booked WITH insurance. We canceled before the Covid-19 shut down because we were concerned. We were promised refunds within 21 days... turned 60.. turned 90 STILL NO MONEY. I understand Covid-19 caused delays but that's the point of insurance. Luckily I have a great bank and told them so I was able to get a portion of my money back. But my initial deposit & the remainder of the group were not so fortunate. Erik and Geoff were just putting the blame on my claim to my bank. When I provided emails & invoices that proved we were still owed over 600 dollars no response or anything. Unfortunately the deposits were made on a different card in which the bank wouldn't let the person put in a claim. BUT I will make sure everyone knows not to use this company. Come on it's a pandemic and you decide to scam from hard working people. Good grief how evil can you be. Minus the professionalism that went out the window once we were lied to several times. What's the point of booking WITH insurance and you can't get what's owed to you. Let's not to mention the trip was canceled early March. It was to be taken in May. We are in August with no money back. Unacceptable. Please don't give these con artist any of your money. You'll never get it back & you probably won't have a trip to go on. STAY AWAY.
