We had 4 bedrooms and all closets re-floored. Replaced carpet with luxury wood look vinyl. 100% waterproof and lifetime residential warranty. Zach was easy to work with, offered a full service option, and price matched. Our experience was outstanding. The crew was respectful of our home, efficient, and kept the workspace clean. They did beautiful work! In only 2 days they laid 1300.ft of flooring and fixed an asthetic issue where previously laid flooring didn't quite align with a couple of doorways. We were left with a beautiful outcome. We would recommend and would definitely use Floor Coverings International again for our future flooring projects.

I knew the owner, Deb, from the home remodel job where she and her team did a fantastic job on our floors. Fast forward three years, and we were ready to do a refresh of the remaining floors in our guest rooms and say goodbye to our sad little old bathrooms. Deb and her team did not disappoint! We were extremely happy working with them, starting with the easy and collaborative design process all the way to final build and execution. This is my family's 2nd home condo so we were absent quite a bit during the remodel, but we never had to worry about being on site to watch over the team's work. Their communication was always timely and clear, proactively asking questions as needed and keeping us posted of the progress along the way. They are true professionals in beautiful design and installation - and very pleasant to interact with as well. If you need any work done to your floors or bathrooms, try these guys out - you won't regret it!

This is a small shop as a franchisee. Sometimes the store is not open for business for full days due to their client site visits. After a recent onsite visit to my job, Deb and an employee have not returned my messages so I am now presuming they do not consider the job to be large enough although the quote was over $5,000.

Terry and Deb are absolutely amazing. Although they had an extremely busy week and were short handed they found a way to squeeze us in the schedule and did a fantastic job in installing new carpet in our living room. They were transparent and kept us updated on the process every step of the way and we could not ask for a better job and top notch customer service.
