Richard is the guy to work with at this store! Hes extremely helpful, hes straight up, and not pushy on sales. Great dude. We had been jerked around by other pool stores, and decided to try poolwerx, and we continue to go back to this store because of Richard.
Knowledgeable and very professional.
I bought 12 gallons of liquid chlorine because my pool was in bad shape (think swamp), and he taught me how to take care of it and bring it back to life with a printout, and list of chemicals, etc. Later he called me to ensure i understood not to put all 12 gallons in at once as it might harm my kids. (I wouldnt have, but it was cool to see that he was conscious of that and called to prevent anything that might hurt us.)
