Salad and Go

I am aware of three different individuals who can trace food poisoning to Salad and Go. My wife was the first of the three and her salad came from this location, however the other two were from different locations. After submitting a formal complaint to Salad and Go and listening to their response, it was clear that no action was going to be taken to resolve the food safety concerns with this restaurant. For years, I ate multiple times per week at Salad and Go. Now I would rather skip lunch than risk it. Advice to management: consider raising prices to help cover the cost of better food safety protocols. You are losing the trust of your patrons.

Service was OK but disappointing in the food quality control. I have been too many other salad and go places around Gilbert Mesa area. Wanted to try this one out and was highly disappointed when I opened my salad to find half of my salad was brown dark green slimy lettuce normally if a salad had one to a few pieces I would just pick them out because I understand it can be hard to find the few bad pieces in an entire Batch but this was a solid handful of my salad was dark green slimy, I barely could eat my salad

I stopped to get a couple of salads after a long day at the dog rescue. My two dogs were with me. The cashier made the comment that they should have something on the menu for dogs since they seem to accompany their humans in the drive thru. I said yes, there should be a dog salad! We both laughed and he brought me my food. He gave me the cutest smile when he handed me the bag. It was then I realized there was a dog salad in the bag lol. Not only was he a cutie on the outside, but I bet hes just as cute on the inside! What a great employee. Thank you from Debbie, Mop, and Josephina Willowmena.
