Slate is a truly hidden gem restaurant located within the Trilogy at Power Ranch. I have been going there for lunch or dinner for quite some time and I always had a great experience (they serve breakfast as well but I did not have a chance to try it yet). The place offers dining room and patio overlooking the golf course with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains along with live music on selected days. Check their event calendar for more info. The food is always amazing, offered with fresh and quality ingredients, good presentation and sometimes with a surprising twist. It is great place for either quick meal, dinner or any small or bigger celebration event. I highly recommend this restaurant! Enjoy
Parking: There is a parking available in front of the restaurant however this place is located within 55+ gated community so in order to get there you need to go through the security gate. Stay on the left lane to enter as a guest.
