I have been meaning to post a review but Amanda Cinq-Mars in the best real estate agent. She was always there to answer questions and found us the perfect property. My father was diagnosed with dementia and so we renovated his $75k home and tried for 3 weeks to sell by owner. A ton of traffic but most were looking to low ball and/flip the house. I recd a call from We Deal (Brandon) and after five other realtor interviews selected We Deal. House listed on market for $220k, offer in first week and closed on 2 weeks at list price. Wish I would have called then a month earlier!
