Three years ago we decided to buy a vacation property in Tempe Az to escape the cold Canadian winters, we were given Daves name and couldnt of been happier with the results. Dave just helped me purchase my first home!! I did not know Dave prior to the transaction and met him through a mutual connection. Dave is fantastic. He taught me a tremendous amount about the home buying process and helped close the deal after multiple loan hurdles. This transaction was quite the rollercoaster. It's been a long journey with Dave for our home buying and selling process. Right from the first day we met Dave, he is absolute professional, clearly explained the process and our options. He was really on top of our home buying process with his technology/tools to provide options and never hesitated to share DO's and DON'T while working with my builder. He also visited the construction site during every major work was done and kept me posted on the status with calls/photos as needed. For our home selling, even though it was a tough market to sell my home in these time period, he constantly marketed our home with multiple open houses, shared info to other agents in AZ & CA and to the rental neighbors. Right from home staging, photo shoot, open houses and till the end of closing process he kept us informed with needed information and was always available to hear us & advise as needed.
