I have purchased and sold more than a dozen homes during my life time, and have dealt with many realtors. Hands down Mary is the best realtor I have used. She is thoughtful, knowledgable, always responsive, a shrewed negotiator and a calm and clear voice of reason when stress levels are high. She is exactly what you would want your realtor, with the bonus of being a really kind, and funny indivudual in life. Do yourself a favor, if you are thinking of buying or selling in the valley, go with Mary. There is a HUGE difference in your transactions and the process when you are dealing with a true full time professional like Mary. Or a part time person who just dabbles and has very limited experience when it is needed.

There arent enough stars in the sky for the review Id like to write for Mary Markou. We were always do-it-yourselfers in our experiences with real estate, but I learned from my experience with Mary that it isnt the best way to go. We ended up listing and buying our most recent home with Mary this time around and we couldnt be happier. She has the patience of a saint and the expertise to foresee obstacles before they become an issue. She was always responsive and communicative and would always accommodate my requests to see new listings immediately. She always answered my questions and when necessary she referred me to the experts who were top notch in their field. Shes a hard worker, knows her business, and has the highest degree of integrity I have ever seen in a sales person. I highly recommend her.

Mary is a phenomenal Realtor. Her 25 years of experience were evident throughout the entire process. She kept us informed throughout and answered any and all questions that we had. Additionally, Marys marketing team was second to none. The photos of our home really highlighted the features of our home. Dont even think about considering a different Realtor. Mary will take care of all your real estate needs.

Mary Markou and the team at Curtis Johnson - eXp Realty did a great job selling our house. Communication - A+ + + We were sold within 3 days and are very satisfied with the service they provided. I've never seen a better organized Open House - more signage to pull traffic in and very friendly agents that took the time to learn about our house and its unique features. Thank you Mary!
