Lived at one of their properties for a number of years and regretted it. Our AC unit broke down about 6 times in the summer and left me and my family to fend for ourselves. They aslo tell you they will come by and fix things and never show, an example being our garage window that was cracked when we first moved in. Also getting ahold of them is a hastle since they never answer the phone. On one of the occasions our ac did break... The land lord got back to us close to 72 hours later and told us to stay in a hotel for a few nights. Lastly, they were never really good at understanding the leases that they write and have trouble following them but expect obedience on the renters end. We paid a cleaning deposit witch never got used after we left the property and the landlord made us pay more for cleaning. Be careful who you trust to put a roof over your head.
