Stay away from this company. We purchased a mobile home 14 months ago and no Title, also signed a lease and Bill of Sales they can't even find my original lease or Bill of Sale. At this point they have been reported to Attorney General and HUD. The thing we can do now is hire an attorney to get the Title for us.

I have owned my home for a little over a year now and I purchased it brand new. The previous staff, and we have been through a few office staff, promised that they keep the park clean and that violators are dealt with. At first, I thought my son and I were going to like living here at Audobon Estates here in McDonough, Georgia. I was soooo horribly wrong. My house is immaculate, inside and out. I abide by the rules and pay my lot rent on time ever since I have been here. This is by far, the worst place that I have ever lived in my life, and I was raised in the projects of Long Island, New York, and this Treehouse Community is worse!!! First, I have been complaining about my parking pad flooding ever since I arrived. No resolution to this day. Second, we have no streetlights on our street, at the new parks, and a lot of other streets as well, yet they are putting sidewalks in at the new houses and have new streetlights as well. I had to pay contractors to put a sidewalk at my house and LED floodlights for safety because it is pitch black on the street. The park is infested with roaches, fleas, and cats. I am now battling roaches that I have never had since buying my home or anywhere else that I have lived. My son even moved in with his father because he said that he did not want to live there anymore. This broke my heart. Most of the park is composed of the Hispanic population, and no, I am not prejudiced at all because people of all races do similar things as well. However, they seem to get preferential treatment because they make up the majority of the violators and violations in the park. They have a lot of cars, big company work trucks, shuttle buses, junk, trash, washing machines, etc, in their yards, are parking their huge work trucks at the new trailers parking pads, and on the grass. They bring home shopping carts from Walmart and leave them all over the park and Walmart has to send their employees to retrieve them. They park all on the grass, play loud music all night long, 7 days a week, and also do construction at night. I was told the rules that my son and I had to follow as residents, and yet, see excessive violations everywhere I go. Run down trailers in the park, non-working vehicles, massive sized work trucks and trailers parked in yards, food trucks, trampolines that we were told were not allowed, working on cars as if they are running a mechanic shop right on their parking pads, burning leaves, etc. Someone even hit and killed a veteran that was in a wheelchair and left the scene. The police do not patrol like they used to, and animal control does not come out sometimes when called because they say that there are too many cats in the park for them to capture. Emails and phone messages go without answer, and there is no corporate number or email that residents could contact. I was sold a pipe dream and am paying the price for it. We have no community activities, nonexistent community meetings on a regular basis, no way to submit complaints to Treehouse Communities or Root Mgmt., which I have never heard a company not being able to be reached. My elderly neighbors have to run fans every night in the wintertime just to try to drown out the noise of the music being played 7 days a week. How would you know what is going on in the park, if you leave the office at 5pm and never come to the community during nonworking days and hours to see what residents are doing in the park when nobody is here? I have to turn my television in my bedroom way up just to try and drown out the noise when loud music is being played all night or early in the morning. It does not work, and we should not have to do that. We deserve to have peace when we come home, especially after a hard day of work or on the weekend when people want to rest from the work week. There are homes in the front of the community that are trashy and junky. Trash all over the porches, tarps on roofs that have clearly been there for a very long time. There are people putting up large party tents in their yards with loud music, etc.
