Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Bryan Dykstra who was very passive aggressive on the phone. He questioned anything and everything I stated and when I made requests he proceeded to go on about how they wouldn't recommend our request. I advised I was ordering on behalf of one of our superintendents. I have never had an issue with the customer service here previously but I was appalled by the way this man treats his customers. Very quick and effective way to lose business.

I dont even know where to begin with my complaints about this business. They steal money, dont complete service and have awful customer service. How its still in business is beyond me.
Just dont.

If you, as a business, are going to be price gouging and greedy, you should also not be comically bad at providing services. The owners should be drowned in a black water tank.

I paid and they never came. I called and got a different customer service rep each time that said, "We'll notify someone and call you back right away," and no one ever called me back.
