Radiance Pools

I have been experiencing issues with the pool ever since the change over a year ago. While the firm does have experienced techs who can solve issues, the weekly service is sub-par, not thorough and often repeats the same issues. Have been able to use the pool only once this summer. I have been sharing my concerns routinely since we started service with the owner. In the last instance, my effort to reach them for 2 weeks hasn't been successful. No email or phone response yet. The issues simply continue unabated. Very disappointed.

I had an absolutely abysmal time with this service. They are not communicative and the quality of their work is below sub-par. Worst of all, they kept shocking my pool incorrectly and with product that rendered it cloudy and unusable for DAYS. They would do this without notice and without asking if I wanted shock treatment for that day. Plus, they don't apply shock as instructed by the manufacturer, likely reducing its effectiveness. I cannot express how frustrated I have been with this service and if you're reading this I urge you to chose another company. If you want to pretend to have this service then just skim your pool for a minute, add a chlorine puck or two, and take a picture of your pool using a fancy filter. You'll save yourself plenty of time and money that way. Services: Wall brushing, Leaf traps, Water treatment, Tile brushing

The service was great and very helpful in the beginning and after about a month maybe two the service was getting worse and my pool was getting cleaned. I let them know about the issues and was pushed off multiple times about the speed of the pumps and maybe the filter. That’s not very helpful seeing as I have a pool service to take care of the pool, I asked for someone to come out and look at these issues multiple times and was met with a stone wall of non response or excuses on why they couldn’t make it out there. I would also say the communication is very poor around holidays and when service is not going to happen or be missed. Overall I would use them in a pinch or for repairs as they seem to be very knowledgeable in that area but for long term maintenance I would stay away. Kyle and the team at Radience have done a great job taking care of my pool. I’ve used them for repairs as well as a weekly service and they are always responsive to my requests - even repaired a broken pipe for me on the same day I notified them. They do great work at a very reasonable price!
