Parents dont usually get to see the interactions between the photographers and their children. Today I was able to be there for my sons photos. The photographer was an absolute angel. She was kind gentle and patient with my special needs child. I didnt get her name but she definitely deserves to be acknowledged she was great !

This company is the absolute worse at taking pictures! Why my kids school uses them is beyond me. They will make good looking kids look ugly and if you have a special ed child they will try to make him look special ed. Shame on this company.

Weve order from this place in the past for our sons school. We didnt have any issues back then. But we recently got charged 3 times for one order with our sons most recent school pictures and they were not helpful at all. They did not refund us and they basically told us to just call our credit card company. I had to make multiple calls to get these things sorted out and in the end still did not get what we needed accomplished. And I had to ask for a receipt because I never received that initially either. Not easy at all when it came to these issues.
