Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics

Terrible service! Front desk representative appeared to be distracted by everything. I had to fill out so much paperwork as if I had never been there before. Not friendly at all! There were people who came in after us that got taken before we did. Mariah Scott did not seem interested in our concerns at all! The visit summary came like 5 days later. The summary had very limited information pertaining to our concerns and I had quite a few concerns. Just terrible! I wouldnt recommend this place if it was free! Dont waste your time nor money! Oh and $235 bill later for nothing. My gut was telling me not to go back, but I didnt listen. Lesson learned

Terrible front office staff. Arrived 1 minute late. Took them 10 minutes to investigate if I was late then they said our appointment was canceled and we needed to reschedule. No other patients in the office. Just diabolical staff exercising zero compassion. Nice work, you lost a customer

We switched over to PCH Santan and have established 2 out of 4 kids with them already. I called to make the yearly appointments and get my next two in for new patients. They dont allow siblings to be scheduled in same day for follow ups except for one doctor(which isnt the one we see) and not for new patients at all. Front desk lady said I could bring one in the morning and one in the afternoon or spread out over 4 days basically. We drive out of our way basically because we like Dr. DeMets and we want to see her. But for this being a pediatric office it is not very friendly towards working families with more than one child. Have never dealt with this with all our pediatricians.

Felt like a total inconvenience from the start to the end of our visit, even my daughter made a comment in the car afterwards. They had the wrong insurance on file and rather than try and contact me to correct it was just sent to PCH Billing and collections for me to deal with. Will be finding a new primary care for her.

We are relatively new to the area and were in the market for a pediatrician. A prolonged fever in my 10 year old son made the need for a doctor rather urgent, so I asked around and someone I trust recommended Phoenix Health Pediatric. The front desk was very kind and caring when setting up an appointment, a rarity among medical offices, so I immediately felt good about my decision. We saw Dr. Scott and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and upbeat and took lots of time to talk to us and run the necessary tests to get to the root of my sons illness. I believe we found our new family pediatrician! If you are new to the area dont wait until your kiddo gets sick to find a good doctor like we did and dont hesitate to call Phoenix Health Peds!
