      image Literally the most incompetent Party City in the valley. I have gone over and over again thinking the lack of customer service was a fluke, but nope. Today I called BEFOREHAND to make sure they had a product before I drove 30 minutes, only to be told they do not in fact have this product. I will now drive the hour to Mesa to the Party City off Dobson because they have way better customer service and they way more competent.

      image Went in to pick up an online order of just a helium tank. Waited 20 minutes or more. The manager who said he was going to get it started blowing up balloons. I get if youre busy but its just a helium tank they had to hand to me which it said it was already ready and I could have picked it up curbside I wonder how long that would have taken.
