Rio Rancho Painting Gilbert

I would like to start off by saying I did get a few quotes and rio rancho was the cheapest by about $500. Well, you get what you pay for.. The employees are paid per job and have a blow and go mentality, for a job that requires perfection everytime. I spoke with the owner Isaac Black and he came out and we spoje of the colors and he gave me a quote and I asked if garage door trim and foundation fill, and stucco repair would be done, he said YES! The day of the install I am getting ready to leave for work and leave the garage door trim outside for the painters to put on. The painters arrive at about 8am and and knock on the door and ask my wife what paint colors we are doing.. She can barely speak to them and they have no idea about what colors they are painting the house? Let alone show up to a jobsite without material.. 4pm rolls around and I get home to find they had moved the garage door trim to the side of the house and he was getting ready to paint the old trim on the house. When I told him he had to put the other trim on he threw a fit and made me call his foreman. At this point the whole house is done being painted in one day and it is at the emloyees opinion that the house is done. None of the foundation was filled in, several holes and stucco was not filled in. I spent 7am-12pm saturday fixing the foundation and filling in the holes. Then the painters had to come back the following day to finish the paint. I tried to express my frustration to Isaac by leaving a voicemail. I know he got the voicemail because the next day he had his foreman Jose call me to see what was wrong. Jose said he knows about this issue, it has happened before and hes sorry. Still paid full price. If you want someone to start your paint job so you can finish it, use Rio Rancho Painting.

The owner was responsive with providing an estimate with a fair price and quick completion date. We were referred by a coworker friend who had a good experience, and we had the same ourselves. I have already referred this company to a neighbor and another co worker. The prep work was done as promised and final product looked great. Will follow up if we have any issues since it’s only been a week.

Soliciting company leaving their flyers on my door step,(I have a NO SOLICTING sighn) knocking down a sighn in my drive way and kicking the rocks onto the side-walk

Poor follow through on promises. Incompetent workers. Stated paint would last 7 year's but only been 7 months and trim is peeling now they won't return calls. Owner Isaac is non-responsive and won't return calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
