Dr. Higgins and everyone at his practice is very professional and very courteous. I was a previous patient years ago with Dr. Higgins and was going through other issues at the time being and ended up leaving his office due to differences, but I am back with Dr. Higgins now and, the differences that we had were because of myself, he is an excellent doctor and he has chosen to allow me to come back to his practice as a patient when he did not even need to do that and the staff has just been amazing and his courteousness of respecting patients listening to them and being thorough is very well appreciated more than he realizes and I am glad that he is back as my pain management doctor unlike pain management doctors gives you the time of day listens to you and is willing to work with you as long as youre honest and willing

The BEST! We cannot say enough good about Dr. Higgins and his staff. Scheduling and appointments run on time (which is imperative not only when it comes to any patient, but especially those who are in chronic pain, who have limitations). Dr. Higgins, Cami, Anna, and Paula are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, efficient, clear, and... (here's a rarity at any doctors office), PERSONABLE! Proper time is taken with us; the patient comes first and they exemplify this at every visit. There is no broken connection at Dr. Higgins office. The left hand talks to right so that there is no confusion. They answer questions, concerns, explain all medications and options. We think it's especially critical to include the caregiver/spouse on patient status and instructions. This office understands that and delivers. As a caregiver, my input is respected, heard and welcomed. We've had bad experiences with prior pain management office personnel and physicians, but NOT this one. This office is the best! They are there and they care! Kudos to all!
